Andrew & Veronica Wolf are the owners and operators of Wolf Pro Services, family and veteran-owned. Their family moved here to Irmo, SC in November 2019 from Hanover, PA where they originally started the business. They have wanted to live in the south their whole lives and were finally able to make the move.
Andrew has been doing construction type work since 2005, from property management to framing homes. From flooring to roofing! He has many years of experience in a bit of every type of work. In March of 2015, Veronica and Andrew started Wolf Pro Services! They started with doing local business and residential lawn services and building washes. Andrew developed his passion for washing homes and businesses in 2018 when he discovered the soft washing technique.
The Wolf family since have been striving to grow the business in a new location and employ as many people and veterans as they can. They want to give people a job they can also fall in love with and become a part of the family!
Soft washing using a higher flow of water with extremely low pressure to apply cleaning solution and to rinse with, ensuring that your property is not damaged as is possible with the high-pressure method. By soft washing you will extend the life of your homes exterior.
Red clay stains can be a major eyesore and pressure washing alone will not get rid of them. this is due to the fact that the reddish color is an iron oxide(rust). We use a proprietary chemical solution to breakdown the rust and make it possible to rinse with medium pressure to remove the stain.
Surface cleaning is normally done using a surface cleaner hooked up to a pressure washer. It disperses water pressure evenly using a rotating wand to clean large surface areas. This ensures that the surface comes clean properly without etching it. This process brings your surface back to that "like new look" as well as prevents dangerous slip hazards.
